I enjoyed being just a short walk away from the Gothic Quarter and Mercado de La Boqueria, where I could explore stunning historic sites and find delicious local food, making my daytime strolls through the city so rewarding. the staff were always helpful and accommodating, which really added to my experience as a solo traveler.

The location of Hotel Nouvel is fantastic, right near Las Ramblas and surrounded by lovely cafés and shops. I loved the charm of the small balcony in my room. it added a nice touch to the stay. Room cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff were friendly and accommodating with any requests. The Wi-Fi was speedy, which made it easy to stay connected while out and about. However, there was an odd issue with the bathroom door. it was a tinted glass door with gaps, which didn’t feel very private. Also, I missed having basic tea and coffee facilities in the room. The lack of breakfast options at the hotel caught me off guard too, as surrounding bakeries had limited choices. Overall, I had a wonderful time but wanted a little more comfort in my room amenities.
